Yes. The BLNG Design Starter plan is free and open to everyone. It’s a great way to explore the platform and start creating. You’ll be able to sketch ideas, generate designs, and test your workflow. When you're ready to take your work to the next level - whether you're creating a full collection or building brand assets - the Professional plan gives you access to unlimited files, version history, and full commercial usage rights.
Yes, if you’re on a Professional or Enterprise plan, you have full commercial rights. You’re free to use your AI-powered designs in product development, sales, marketing, client work, or other professional context. The Starter plan is for personal, non-commercial use only. If you plan to publish, sell, or produce work based on your designs, we recommend upgrading to the Professional plan to unlock commercial usage rights. For more details, please review our Terms & Conditions.
We accept most major credit cards. For Enterprise accounts, we can also arrange invoicing and other payment methods upon request.
Yes, you’ll automatically receive an invoice by email for every payment. This is handled securely through our payment provider, Stripe. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or contact us at billing@blng.ai.
You can cancel your Professional plan at any time from your account settings. Your subscription will stay active until the end of the current billing cycle, and you won’t be charged again.
We currently offer educational access on a case-by-case basis. If you’re a student, educator, or part of an academic institution, reach out to info@blng.ai with a short note and we’ll see how we can support your work.
